• Information you give us. When you complete a quote or agent-recruiting form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing address or ZIP code, the state you live in, and any details you choose to share about your insurance needs or licensing status.
• Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URLs, through cookies, analytics tools, and advertising pixels.
• Information from public records. For our outreach programs we may obtain contact and property information from publicly available sources, such as county property records and state insurance-licensee lists, and supplement it with contact-enrichment providers.

How we use your information

• To respond to your request, prepare quotes, and provide insurance brokerage services.
• To contact you by phone call, text message, and email about products and services.
• To recruit and communicate with prospective insurance agents.
• To operate, secure, and improve our website and prevent fraud and abuse.
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

SMS / text messaging program

If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, you consent to receive recurring marketing and informational SMS messages from Platinum Life and its licensed agents about insurance products, your inquiry, agent recruiting, and related services. The following terms apply to our messaging program:

• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive texts in order to buy any product or service.
• Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• To opt out, reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation and then no further messages.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number, opt-in, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information is used only to deliver the messages you requested and to provide our services.

How we share information

We share personal information only as described below. We do not sell your personal information.

Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We do not offer every plan available in your area. Any information we provide is limited to the plans we do offer. To get information on all of your options, please contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE, or your local State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of our services means you accept the updated policy.
